1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Dataix3, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Dataix3 provides access to Dataix3 ERP and Dataix3 CRM software and related features through this portal. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service over time, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Free trial
We offer a 30-day free trial with access to the product you select. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the 30 days, access pauses unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your account and data are retained so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe later.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice. Any coupon discount applies to your first payment only, unless stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes or in breach of the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The service and its content are owned by Dataix3 Software Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them except as expressly permitted. The data you enter into the service remains yours.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Dataix3 Software Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
